In 1906, the City of Los Angeles acquired rights to Eastern Sierra watersheds. Almost 100 years later, our challenge is to protect open space for agriculture, wildlife, and recreation in those watersheds forever.

To date, more than seventy generous ESLT members contributed to our Sierra Century campaign. These contributions have allowed the ESLT to pursue this goal and provide information about the proposed LADWP open-space easement to citizens groups, public officials, and media.
